i was deployed to best buy by my wife for recon
I was sent on a reconnissionc by my wife to find her a laptop. i have made it in through the front gates to find a cornacopia of choices in the laptop area of the compound. i made my way past the cellphone stand and all the Ipod people. to find frindlys working in the area of my attenion .. they quickly informed me of all my choices dealing with ram the reasoning for the new windows 7 v/s Vista.. i was looking for AMD based laptops for the wife with a webcam. and was directed to the right AOR for my choices within the Laptops but ended up looking at INtel with a Toshiba - Satellite Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor - Midnight Breeze .it is what i am leaning toward.. since i will for real be leaving for a year it will have everything that my wife will need to help keep us intouch...while there i heard what i tought were screams but found it to be the Car audio section of the compuond and i hurryed over there to investagate what i could outift into my SUV...finnally after i found my self there for 4 hrs i quickly returned to my home base were i informed my wife.. of all that i had learned ..in ref to Laptops.but kept the Car audio info in secret due to the fact she did not have the clearnce to be informed at this time... overall the bestbuy compund was very clean with friendly troops staffing it... the facillties along with the snack area were clean and up to full service... when i return from my real deployment i plan to return to the Best buy in brandon, florida.. and outiftt my car and house...... please disregard the spelling..i hope you have injoyed my interptation of my trip from a differnt outlook....i would have giving a 5 star but there are no militarydiscounts giving.

Excellent service
I honestly cannot think of anything bad to say about Best Buy employees. Whenever I have been in there they are extremely knowledgable and courteous. As someone who didn't know alot about computers a few years back, whenever I asked them something I came away a bit "smarter".
If I have to put down a negative, it would be the layout of the store in Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY. It seems crowded and that makes it hard to take your time when looking at videos and cd's.

Horrid customer service
bought an expensive computer, goes out of warranty, goes dead, pay for a disk recovery, geek squad claims to have saved entire contents but get home and have a blank cd instead. No recourse, just out of luck. The salt in the wound however was the smug attitude of the geek squad and the condescending tone. Why is it that when you ask for help you can't find someone who gives a sh**, instead you get attitude galore.

TV's
While living in Kingsville Texas we bought a Insignia 20" LCD TV for the bedroom. Through all the moving across country and the 2 years that we have had it it has worked great. We have even taken it on camping trips. We recently moved to Burlington Iowa and it's time to get a new TV for the family room. I'll drive the 160 miles to buy another Insignia at Best Buy.

Should Have known not to look anywhere else
My husbands laptop died so we were on the hunt for a new one. I looked on line & found what I thought to be the perfect laptop for his needs and the price was where we wanted to be as well. Of course my husband had to go look all over town wearing us all out after looking at seven other stores & finally we got to best buy & wouldn't you know he ended up picking out the exact lap top I had told him about and it beat the competition hands down of course. Not to mention we actually had a knowledgable friendly & very helpful sales person assist us. I don't know why we ever go look anywhere else because we seem to go through the same thing every time we are looking to purchase something Best Buy carries.

When I have a Electronic need the first place I go is BEST BUY. I know that when I am there, that all my questions. They will match any price from any where (even there online price, they have matched in house) not even Wal mart will do that. Informative and great service. You can go anywhere but you will always come back to buy at BEST BUY!

Best Buy Review
Best Buy has to be one of the best stores in the world but at the same time it does have some down falls. The thing that i really like about the best buy is the Geek Squad they have helpe me out so much with computer issues and even to the point where they drive to your house and help out, thats is just totally amazing to me. Also best but has some great coustmer support, the help me pick out my cannon printer that was just wonderful. With my skills and knowledge when it comes down to electriconics the help me out and i didn't feel like i was just get cheated own because i was not smart enough. As i said early Best Buy is the best store ever but i have to say something that is bad but i guess cant be helped is that some of there items such as: (cell phones, video games) are a little over price and you could proably find cheaper at another store. I guess they got to do what they got to do, I like the store enough that i look over the price and come because of the goodness of the store. Also i have to say it's a wonderful store to do christmas, birthday etc. shoping for. Overall i would have to rate best buy a 5/5 and 10/10 GREAT STORE.

After my freezer died, I was in desperate need of a freezer fast. I shopped all around town and no one had one in stock. On a whim I decided to call Best Buy before driving down. The gentlemen on the phone located a freezer in stock on the computer and even had someone double check the warehouse before I drove down there. I was appreciative and with the busy holiday season was glad he took the extra moment to take care of me.

buy a TV
I recently went to Best Buy in Salem NH to buy a TV and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised of how helpful the staff was. They were very honest and were so nice I felt like I have known them forever they made me feel very comfortable and were very patient with me even though I had many questions which they answered everyone with a smile. The two men I worked with were great. Steve and Dave new everything there was to know and because they were so informative I bought a 55 inch Sony TV. I hope these guys get reconized for what they do and how they treat people because I have to say these men are Best Buys best sales men. I will be going back for speakers and a receiver and will search them out for help and advice. I really don't have anything negative to say because my experience was very pleasant.

Computer Assistance
After a laborous day in the humid heat of South Carolina, I was burdened with the task of hauling my outdated Dell tower into the store for assistance. As I am sweating profusely, I manage to get into the store without dropping it when I was greeted by the most willing Geek Squad personnel. He was so accomodating that I lost all frustrations and was appreciative of his understanding that I was ignorant about this ancient computer. I even recall his name, Mike. He took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed or insignificant. He took it apart and was blunt to tell me it was filthy and he could clean it with compressed air for $40-$50 dollars. However, after seeming my deflated look, he then said I could very easily do it myself for free. He then said if that does not work, there were other areas he could investigate to fix my computer. With that, I left the store relieved to understand exactly what the problem was and to know I could return to Mike if I needed further assistance. Thanks Mike!!
PS.......The prehistoric wreck of a computer has since died and moved on, and I am now in need of a laptop. I'm so excited to be able to share my review of Best Buy with you with a chance to win a laptop.

Best Buy has every electronic that you can think of: from electric pianos to video games or game consols. I have had a recent experience where I could not find the Guitar Hero drum set. I looked in Gamestop, F.Y.E, and a bunch of other stores. Finally, I checked Best Buy, my last resort, and I found it! It also had an even greater deal than online. Best Buy is now my first and only resort because when I go there, I always find what I need for a great deal. Best Buy is my kind of store. The name says it all!

On a recent trip to Best Buy's in search of a laptop computer, I was greeted by a sales representative who was knowledgeble, friendly, was able to answer all my questions with out hesitation or frustruation, was able to make suggestions based on my computer needs and took the time to explain to me how the computer operated. I felt comfortable during the two hours it took for me to decide on which purchase to make. The service this person provided represented what best buy is all about.

I recently purchased @ $900. People were nice and helpful but have to return all products but $40.
I got a xbox 360 which w/in a day scratched my new 50 disk so deeply it was beyond repair. My earbud that was selected for my new g3 phone by the phone dept. and did not end up being compatible. They were nice enough to take it to my car behind my kids back because it was a gift and it did not have a receipt. The only thing we kept was a charger station for the wii and one of the 2 is working a few weeks later. Also, the protectors that were also selected for me were for the wrong nintendo. Everything was wrong. Ugh! I should have just gone to Walmart. But I got swayed by the commercial showing all the knowledgable. I would have been better off doing things on my own.

Store Manager made bad situation to Great
The Store Manager of the Enfield, CT store is a true asset to the Best Buy organization. He turned a very bad service situation we had with our brand new TV into a very fair and pleasant experience. The Geek squad staff at the Enfield, CT store is also very patient and courteous to frustrated customers. I will shop there again and again.

Everytime I walk into a Best Buy someone greets me with a smile and asks if I need help. I love the customer service I get, and have never been let down. My overall experience with Best Buy has been great. Everytime I go to a Best Buy all the employees are friendly and always willing to help. I usually go to the Best Buy in Dartmouth Ma as it is close to home. I've purchased appliances, electonics, about $5000 in gift certificates. The team there always provides me with the knowledge i need to purchase it.

I have found Best Buy to carry a good selection of electronic and computer equipment, all at very good prices. Shop around and you will find that Best Buy is really a very good value.
What's nice about Best Buy is that you can often visit your local store to view, see, feel and try and touch an item, think about it, and then place your order online. When I'm making a major purchase, this is important and Best Buy has an edge.

I have heard so many things about best buy and was told not to ever get a cell phone there cause they will not back it up if something happens to it! WELL THEY ARE WRONG!!!! I did buy a cell phone and after two weeks of having it something went wrong I took the phone in the guy looked it over seen there was a problem went and got me another phone no questions asked set it up for me and was very kind and i walked out very pleased and relieved that all the other people that trashed talked bestbut WERE WRONG! THanks Bestbuy for a wonderful experience!

best buy mistake
i was buying a flat screen 46 inch samsung tv. i was pricing at best buy. there was one on display that had a discount on it because of it being on display. i decided i did not want it but wanted a new one instead. i wanted to buy it then and pick it up when i moved into our new home in two weeks. i did not notice it but when i paid for it with my master card, the attendant charged me the price of the one on display.
i returned in two weeks to pick up the tv along with my surround sound and dvd player. i knew something was wrong when my wife and i noticed a delay in their getting the tv. in a minute, the manager came over and said there was a problem. i immediately started to complain and to try and argue about what had happened and how. he very nicely interrupted me and told me that it was their fault and because of it being their fault, he was going to sell me the new tv at the display tv price. i thought that was a very fair deal and i have continued to shop at best buy because of his fairness.

Decent selection, good warranty
I purchased a computer from Best Buy several months ago and overall, it was a good experience. They had a decent selection and the process was quick. I bought a warranty with the computer and was very happy with it when I had to use it. The only dislike about the process was that the salesman tried to insist that I needed all kinds of antivirus software etc, and didn't want to take no for an answer.
I would purchase a computer from them again.

My computer
I brought my 2 year old computer to Best Buy last year to have a part repaired (which held the power cord.) When I received the computer back about 1 month later the computer frame was cracked. I told the service technician and he sent the computer back out to be repaired once again. I was not happy at all to say the least, but he assured me that the Geek Squad would take care of it. When I finally received my computer back once again,with the frame fixed, there was no power cord. So now I had to be given a generic power cord as the Geek Squad had lost my cord. I left the store and had to return a few months later because the cord was making a beeping noise and now would not charge the computer. I was so aggravated with Best Buy!! So, the service tech at the counter got yet another cord off of the shelf to test the computer with another cord to see if this would work. As he plugged the cord in, smoke started coming out of the back of the laptop. I wanted to cry. He said the laptop was now unusable and didn't know what could be done. He made a few phone calls and told me to pick out a computer around the same price range of the one I had bought at Best Buy , 2 years previous.
I was in shock, still unhappy about my computer but happy at the fact that Best Buy is standing behind their work. Because the piece that started smoking was worked on by the Geek Squad, they would replace my computer for me, free of charge.
I would definitely recommend to anyone, to purchase a computer at Best Buy, because I know if this had happened at any other store, it wouldn't have been replaced. I give them the best score possible when it comes to customer service!!!That is definitely what I call a BEST BUY!!

good, happy with prouduct.
I had a acer laptop that i bought from Best Buy. it was wonderful. I used it for school, social websites, e-mail, pictures, ect. I loved it and used it everyday. Also the price was reasonable, and the help we got at the store was great. The guy whos was helping us even found a deal for us because we bought two laptops. It was a great laptop, as well as my first laptop.The service was brillanent, the look was awesome, and eveything ealse was too! Then someone stole it from out of our house. I havent seen it since. But i remeber it was an awsome product. Thanks, Best Buy!

Staff not the best
My experiences with Best Buy have been a mixed bag. Their merchandise is usually quality but their staff is usually not very knowledgeable. Their prices are a bit high but they do have weekly sales that make up for that. Keep an eye on their ads to find good deals.

I love shopping at Best Buy for two reasons 1. The selection for electronics is stellar. 2. The staff is VERY knowledgable and HELPFUL. I will not shop for electronics anywhere else.

Customer Service
I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful when I shopped at Best Buy. There have been a few occasions when I have had to search out a salesperson for help, but normally staffing levels seem to be good. The products seem to be priced in line with other stores and good bargains for some sale items.

I like to browse Bestbuy website which is easy and convenience. I don't have to leave my home to look at product available.
I don't like pressure salesmen. Some time, they are too pushy. Maybe, there are just doing there job.

Customer service at Best Buy
I had a wonderful time looking for a camera for for my Mom & Dad.Between the two of them they have 160 years of knowledge. But these new little cameras seem to really confuse them.
The associate at the Newport News, VA. store. Walk me thru many camera's. And gave me his phone number just in case my folks had any questions.
It kind of hard to get customer service like this anymore.

Because it's Best Buy
What can I say? Every time I see that yellow sign I get butterflies in my stomach. Butterflies you say? Shouldn't going to BestBuy be a happy experience? For me, going to Best Buy is liking going on a first date. You just never know how things are going to go but you are so excited at the possibilities that you have been on pins and needles all week waiting for this one very special day- the day you head to best buy! Is this day going be good like those magical first dates that lead to a long, steady relationship or is this Best Buy date going to fizzle out after you realize that the boy sitting in front you is eating with his open and talking at the same time not because he's trying to be funny but because he just doesn't know better?!
Most of the time my Best Buy days are like those magical first dates. The people are friendly at Best Buy and most of the reps are very knowledgable. More importantly, the reps don't feed you the company line in other words, they give it to you straight. "Will Netbooks come with 2 gigs in the future?," I asked my date. To which he replied, "I can't say it's not a possibility. I have even heard as early as this December, but why rely on the what ifs and let me show what we do have that fits your budget and your style." What a perfect response! Did I want to stay for dessert at the point? You betcha!
Even more enticing, Best Buy has great exclusive deals on computers. Did you know they asked consumers what they wanted in a computer and then had the computer companies build those types of computers only for Best Buy? If that isn't long term steady material than I don't know what is!!!!!
The final hooray that makes Best Buy the best first date material? Often reps will tell me that yes the Geek Squad can do it for a fee, but here's how to do it cheaper. These reps, oh you know who you are, are want good dreams are made of. You make the icing on the first date cake taste so good!
But alas, there are some dates with Best Buy that do fizzle. Sometimes, the store is just too darn busy. Sure, it's the not the store's fault, but often you just want to be knowledged at those moments. "Hi,we're busy, we see you, and we'll get to you as soon as possible," would help ease the first date tension, but often, at Best Buy this is sorely lacking. In these moments, you just wait around like a dork and hope that you don't have to leave the story. I've let the store without even an hi sometimes! Ouch.
And sometimes when I ask them about the online prices I have seen them simply say, "just deal with that online, we have no idea about that in the store." This lack of symbiotic relationship some Best Buy stores have with the online store just doesn't fly with me. It doesn't fly at all.
But despite some of the bad, I can say I always look forward to my Best Buy trips. Those butterflies are a welcome sign that maybe this date will be even better than the last!

Best Buy review
As a general rule, I have been pretty pleased with my Best Buy experiences. My husband and I have purchased several appliances and the service has been wonderful. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get help from the sales staff. I usually have to go through several people before I can get the correct sales person to help me.

appliances not in stock forces us to purchase at another store
I went to best buy in search of a very much needed dryer on memorial day which was also a sunday.
I was impressed with the display and options that best buy has for appliances however we were informed that it takes a few business days or more to receive the product forcing me to go to one of best buys' competitors
I wish that best buy would consider keeping their appliances in stock as well. It would be a good business move.

Shopping for Mom
My father and I went to Best Buy to get a laptop for my mom who is going through a bone marrow transplant. We thought it would be a good idea to surprise her, with a built in webcam. This laptop gave us a way to communicate with my mom, while she was going through her procedure. I am not one who usually goes to electronic stores.With the sales staff,they not only made me feel comfortable but they showed me that we had a top of the line brand, and that it was easy to use and a great price. I am very pleased with the way the staff treated my situation and showed me how to set up the functions on the computer.
(Ps. Thanks to your Best Buy staff, this is one of the best father daughter dates we have ever had.)

Great Cell Phone Help
My daughter lost her cell phone, so of course, the cell phone company wanted $200 for a new phone. I went to Best Buy and a very helpful person suggested we try the prepaid phone for just $30. She offered to open the package and try it before I bought. She walked through the entire process, got the phone working and was wonderful to work with.

Super Customer Service
Found a great deal on an HP Pavilion/Monitor Bundle, but it was online only. Printed it out and took it to my local store -- the bundle was also on sale there, but not quite as cheap. The salesperson took me straight to the product, located available stock, brought me a cart, and loaded me up. Customer service was happy to price match based on my printout. An error was made in the price matching (the customer service person misread the price), but she was apologetic and happy to fix it when I pointed it out. The only glitch in the visit at all was a longer than expected wait for a manager to approve the price override. All in all, Best Buy completely exceeded my expectations during this visit!

Frustrating experience with geek squad
I bought a Dell pC last Xmas & brought it in to the geek squad for service by April; system would just freeze up. It's your virus software they said. $100 later and I'm good to go. 2 weeks later it locks up again. We'll reboot it. Ok good to go. Few weeks later it happens again. You bought the wrong virus pkg, you should buy this one. $100 bucks later and another re-install and we're on our way. Month or so later and it does it again. Now I'm fuming. So the geeks want me to leave it and do an "indepth diagnostics" - gee you think? Oh it's the mother board and we'll need to send it out for a couple weeks. OMG. Then they wouldnt even back up my files for free after boning me $200 in anti-virus software that I didn't need. This will be my first and last Dell and I will think long & hard before I by another computer from BestBuy.

Targus Compact Optical Travel Mouse
I am retired and always on the go. I have a rather cheap laptop, and was looking for a mouse because I hate the tap and scroll that it provides without a mouse, especially when I am playing poker and went all in while I wanted to fold.....lol
I purchased this just over two months ago and love it. I use nothing else now. It fits in my hand so comfortably, it is as though it was fit specifically for me. I actually ordered another recently for a back up when this one decides that I have worn it out because of the amount of time that I spend on my computer!

Frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier
I purchased this dehumidifier about four months ago. I was told that because it works opposite the way an air conditioner does that I was going to see my electric bill go sky high. However, I had just had a flood and lost 66,000 gallons of water over a 6 week period. The water came from the copper plumbing leading to my ice maker. It had apparently frozen and burst. Then when the weather got warm and it thawed, the water was left to run unattended since no one was there. The water made its way from the kitchen to the basement and to my main drain. I was in need of something immediately to help dry things up and minimize the damage. I purchased the Frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier, the largest one that I could find. It does have the energy star, which I feel has made a huge difference. While running it 24/7 for the first couple of months along with a couple of window air conditioners, my bill was never over $125. Although I live alone, I thought it did a tremendous job at drying things out and did not cost me nearly as much to run as I would have thought. I leave it on automatic now, and check it when I go down to do my laundry. I love it and feel it has not only minimized my damage from the flood, but believe that it can add extra years to a home especially those with a basement that is always damp!

Best Buy depends on your location
Like most people, I have been a consumer of Best Buy for a long time, especially since they ran Circuit City out of my town. But for the most part, their employees really know the products or at least enough to make you feel better about your purchase. Specifically, however, your individual Best Buy experience may very by location. I used to live in Chicago, next to the Best Buy at North and Sheffield. That Best Buy was great, along with the current one that is closest to me (Dekalb, IL). However, I have entered the occasional Best Buy to be ignored or even brushed off after asking a question.

Decent Store, but don't get the extended warranty.
I purchased a television from Best Buy. They were very nice and it was easy to find the T.V. I was looking for. The television failed within 90 days of purchase and as it was a store brand television I had to set up an appointment with geek squad.
Geek squad has serious problems in their processing of repairs and service. The 'agent' was incredibly courteous when He came to my house or when I scheduled the appointment. They were crippled by their software though. The service took only 10 minutes but entering the details of the order took almost 30 minutes. This seriously slowed down their progress and explains the delay in them getting my T.V. repaired.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for many years and purchased my first desk top and my first laptop there. My camcorder, digital camera 3 televisions and even my new cell phone came from Best Buy. The competition in this area is very strong but I feel..why bother. The best of all worlds is available at Best Buy.

A good online selection, but better elsewhere
I have always seen Best Buy as more of a mainstream retailer that has most of what people want, but little to offer for those who want higher quality or better selection. For example, I live in New York and about an hour north of NYC. I was recently looking up affordable, but high quality headphones and came up with some selections such as the Grado SR60i, Sennheiser PX100 and the Koss Porta Pro.
When I looked up nearby stores that might offer these headphones to try on, Best Buy's online store didn't even offer these and, by extension, its retail stores. However, J&R Music World Store, in NYC, boasts a HUGE selection with other very high end headphones that are over $1000, all available in store for you to try on. I also think that J&R has cheaper prices, generally.
Best Buy usually has more mainstream things like Boss, Skullcandy, Sony, etc. While I think they definitely do offer high quality products, I just find myself going to other stores for it.

Quality electronic products at reasonable price with excellent customer service
I am a regular customer of Best buy and i feel so good in saying so! One of the best electronics shop with excellent customer service i have ever seen in the US. Any kind of clarification you have regarding the product and any help in getting the product you want to buy the representatives are there to help you out in explaining the pros and cons of the same. What more you need when you have somebody to help you out with the product you to buy?
I am completely satisfied with the best buy store and i look forward to getting more stuff from there. I would like to share one of my interesting experiences with Best buy when myself and my husband had come to buy a Digital Camera. When we saw the SLRs our attention was more towards it and we wanted to know more about the technology as we might upgrade the digital camera we had. We got all the pros and cons of the SLRs and we are completely satisfied with it.
Great going and wish Best buy do a lot of business and lead the market ever.

Sound System Shopping
After many days of researching sound systems to go with my new television, I returned to Best Buy and purchased an LG home theater system on sale. Although the service my husband and I received two weeks ago when buying the TV was excellent, today I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes and was on the verge of walking out before an employee came to offer help. I was ignored by four different employees who glanced my way and then moved on to male customers who were also waiting. This is a phenomenon I've noticed before, as a woman. I try not to take it too personally. Strangely, as I roamed in search of a free employee, they all seemed to be moving in the opposite direction. As I took my first step toward the door, a salesperson finally finished with the man she'd been helping (who had arrived long after I had) and offered to help me. From that point onward, service was excellent. The quality of the home theater system is outstanding. I think, though, that the next time I go alone to shop at Best Buy, I'll dress like a man and wear heels to add about 4 inches to my height. I figure they'll wait on me immediately, either because they think I'm a man or because they want me out of the store ASAP.

Outstanding Service
Two weeks ago I purchased a new flat screen television from Best Buy -- the salesperson was top notch. She was able to answer questions, give advice, and made sure we were signed up for Reward Zone so we'd collect points. Other employees went out of their way to help load the television and table. The TV itself is great quality. My only complaint is that, although we took the TV home that day, the salesperson told us we could call the next morning to have the Geek Squad come out and check over everything and carry away our old television. When I called, I was told it'd cost $140 for that service because we didn't have the TV delivered. I'm still trying to dispose of a very large projection television. That glitch in communication was the only blight on an otherwise very pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered a new lapton online, had Reward Zone issues.
I ordered a new laptop today. I had never used bestbuy.com before to place and order so the format was a little new to me. After filling out all the info for the sale I also set up a new Reward Zone account so that I could receive points for the purchase. While trying to associate the Reward Zone account with the purchase I ran into some issues, the information between the accounts somehow did not match, so the system was unable to link them. I clicked on the handy "talk to a rep" button on the side of the web page and within seconds received a call from a very knowledgeable and helpful representative who helped me place my order. Great customer service, and easy to see and use call for help button.

They are a great resource for seeing and touching the newest electronics
I end up buying items at Bestbuy, at a higher price than online stores, because I appreciate being able to talk to people and see the items.
A lot of times I will go to Bestbuy and talk about Computers with the sales team there. They tend to know a fair amount about the subject.
People there are never pushy, and tend to be friendly. I like the way the stores are laid out, easy to find what I looking for, but also easy to look around to see whats out on the market.

Best Buy Is A Very Great Place For Me To Shop
I went to best buy the other day to buy a flatscreen plasma 40" tv and got the best service you could ever imagine. The workers helped me find the perfect tv that is just right to me and gave me instructions on how to install it also. They give you everything you could possibly need with your product that you are buying and the workers are always there if you need their help. Of course nowhere is perfect though. The whole building was magnificent except I didn't not like how slowly the service I got was. Overall though, best buy is the best store for me to shop at for all my electronic needs.

nintendo wii
I just purchased a new nintendo wii from the brooklyn ohio location.I havent owned a gaming system since the original nintendo so I naturally had some questions. The rep in the gaming dept. was a delight and she spent at least 15 minutes with me to help me figure out which games were good and which games I would enjoy.I went in for just the system and maybe one game. I left with 6 games, the system and wii motion and extra controllers. I was going to try to get some refurb. accessories from a video game store competitor but after my experience with the rep I bought from best buy instead and spent the few extra dollars. I will not shop at any other electronics retailer besides best buy. With their price guarantees and helpful staff its always an enjoyable shopping experience.

I've found Besy Buy great for impulse buys, but their prices are usually overpriced (even after coupons most of the time). In general I have a negative opinion of their employees, but I have met some good ones. Recently, my friend has an installation done from Besy Buy and they were flat out lying to him to get him to spend more money. Luckily he know to call me first.
