I am a frequent shopper at the Traverse CIty Mi old navy store for the following reasons:

Friendly staff, easy access to store, deals, mostly reasonable prices, selection, coupons, managaer who is awesome, easy returns, willing to help!

I am happy to continue my old navy shopping experience!

    Dressing room

I visited a Old Navy in Kansas City, MO on Ward parkway. I was surprised because the store was not busy at all, however there was not a dressing room attendant. Thankfully one of the dressing rooms was open.I was just surprised because the store was not busy. I was in the dressing room for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up.

We are a family of six, and I am always trying to find the best deals for clothes for my children. Along the way, Old Navy decided to sell plus size clothing as well, and where many companies stop at smaller sizes, Old Navy has a much larger inventory of plus size clothing. I am so happy to have found this store. The clothes are current, modest, and easy on my wallet.

    Affordable

I'm a student and I need to save money at every single item I buy. Old Navy offers me the possibility to have the clothes or accessories I want at a very convenient price. I also like the discount coupons and the XS sizes. Very few online stores have xs size and I feel relived that at least GAP has what I need.

Old Navy is one of those stores that will always be the place to shop. I can get things for my grandkids as well as the adults in my life. Fun styles and great colors. Summertime shopping for flip-flops and bathingsuits and the most fun t-shirts is always a great time.

    Old Navy Sioux City Iowa

My wife and I have been to Old Navy in Sioux City Iowa many many times. They always have the jeans we like and shirts and clothes my wife loves to buy. I usually buy jeans and shirts because of the fit and the style. The shirts are a good fit and look great. My wife always finds something she likes. We would recommend this store to anyone that likes good looking attire.

    Affordable Clothing / Good Prices

I have purchased clothing both through the Old Navy stores and OldNavy.com for many years now.

My one complaint is that the manufacturers used by OldNavy have a tendancy to change the materials and design of some of their 'tried and true' items without warning. I have found reading the customer feedback on the website invaluable before making a purchase for this reason.

My experiences with the store staff and the online customer service have been great and the prices of the merchandise run from quite reasonable to excellent.

Overall, a very good place to shop!

    Love clothes

I enjoy shopping at Old Navy, and all clothes give me different styles. They are a bit highly price, but mostly I'd go first to check out the clearance area. I got 8 clearance clothes which cost me $100, and I got a new cute top so total is $115. So I calculated the discount with the total so it'd be $95. It'd save me money. I love all clothes...wish I have them in my closet.

Before I never really went to old navy because it seemed like it wasn't really a store where I would find things I would wear. But a few months ago I went into one at the mall and I was very suprised! I like wearing longer skirts ( belowish the knee) and I wasn't expecting to find any.. But to my delight I have been finding quite a few skirts there that are reasonably priced and I love them! I am starting to shop there more and more. there are always wonderful sales or deals going on and I never feel like I've spent to much. The customer service is wonderful! Sometimes at stores I feel like I'm just aperson who walked in, but the times I have gone there, there have always been friendly employees that are very willing to help me out with whatever I need. I wish I would have remembered some of there names! And there seems to have been the same cashier at the one old navy I've been going to. He always is smiling and very nice to all of the people checking out. another thing I appreciate is that the store always looks neat and not messy. everything is easy to find. I hate going into a store and everything is out of place and looks like a disaster.. I may not have been and old navy fan before but I definetly am now! and so far no bad reports.. but I'll let you know if one comes up!

I have been a loyal Old Navy shopper since 1997. They carry a wide variety of sizes. Ranging from 3months for babies to XXXL for men. I can always go to Old Navy and come out with something.I shop in the girls and womens departments the most. The prices can not be beat. Old Navy always has sales going on and you can sign up for emails and receive discounts. If you have an Old Navy card you can get even more rewards. The quality of clothes are great. I have t-shirts that I have washed 100+ and still looks new. Making returns or exchanges are so simple. Shopping online is a breeze too. I absolutely love Old Navy and hope they always stay top notch.

Nice merchandise for good prices. Would like to see coupons available with fewer restrictions. Like getting coupons on facebook, but they seem to be good only instore, Should be instore OR online. Watch for clearance merchandise. Can get some great deals but it goes fast. Also have found phone help from them very good.
