I love this site. It has a great variety of shoes for every member of the family. The search engine is great allowing you to look for shoes your size and the color you like. The prices are great,and with the many orders I placed, I was always pleased with the time it took the package to arrive. The only downside I could think of is that many (many) times I got disappointed they did not carry the size I needed. I guess you can't have it all.

6pm is a great online retailer and has the best daily, sometimes weekly deals!

I have ordered many shoes from 6pm and returned almost the same amount. I don't know if their shoes are seconds or just plain sized wrong? I just can't seem to get a pair that fit correct. 6pm does have fantastic sales so if you are willing to take the risk of the shoes fitting you or not and they do happen to fit, you'll more than likely find yourself getting a more than excellent DEAL.

The prices at this store can't be beat for the selection they have. I have been quite happy with shoes I have bought from they. However, I would like to see more size 5 and 5.5 shoes for women.

I am ordering shoes for kids and don't know which brand fits best, so want to order several styles and return all but the best fitting. 6pm.com looked worth trying because it seems to have a large selection of manufacturers and styles -- but because you have to pay return shipping I thought the customer service dept could give me guidance. Perhaps they can but they did not.

Instead of putting me in touch with someone who could help me figure out relevant information - like what is the shipping weight of items I'd like to purchase (so I can price the cost to return them), the customer service staff spent lots of his email telling me his name and such but saying nothing more than that I should check shipping rates on my own. Duh! That's the whole point of first trying to find out about the product - so I can do just that in order to see if the savings end up actually adding up or not. Maybe I will go to zappos.com for their free return policy or just give up on my order and going to a store near me instead.
