    phenomenal machine

The machine is fluid, sturdy and reliable.This machine remains cool as a cucumber.The sound is by far the best among all laptops.The WLED screen is gorgeous.The multi-touch pad makes zooming web pages on the fly very easy.The keyboard is quiet and easily adjustable to.The lid and hinges are beyond sturdy.I have no negative things to say about the Dell Xps 16.All in all dell xps 16 is a great laptop which has many multimedia functions.

    Awesome tech for awesome prices

Dell always has incredible deals and having bought a TV through them (about 5 months ago) and a computer (still rockin' after 5 years!!), I will always come back to see what they have to offer. Their prices are extremely affordable and their support is second to none. Love Dell!

    Not just computers

Dell.com is a great place to buy a computer. They offer credit, which most other computer manufacturers don't(HP, Gateway). Also, they have a very nice streamlined website that helps you pick exactly what you want.

On top of being a good place to build a computer they are also a good place to buy a cheap computer. Check out the outlet for great deals on refurbished computers. Or even better shop for your next tv or video game console on dell.com. Often during the holiday seasons Dell will offer coupons on electronics that make them cheaper to buy at dell than they would be at Best Buy or even on Amazon.com. Definitely a good site to include in your shopping ventures.

I have been a medical transcriptionist for 10 years, and have had all sorts of different brand computers, but since buying my Dell laptop, I have not had one single problem with it, and I can even bring it to my grandkids house and work from there too!!!!

I have recently found out a few days ago that I paid more for my Dell from a large box chain than I would have if I purchased it directly from Dell. Lets just say the largest box store in the United States.Lucky for me I have 3 more days to return it. Overall it was a good system, Dell Inspiron, although after seeing other reviews of the XPS I can get one of those for the same price.

These coupons are really getting a bit difficult. At one point I had 3 savings from coupon, memory upgrade, and the automatic $200 off. I got sidetracked looking at their 11in Alienware laptops and cannot for the life of me get that price back where I had it. Now it seems I get an error when I try to build a customize and Dell XPS. Maybe they are adding new discounts, or removing them?

I am only giving them a 3 as it seems so difficult to get the coupons and purchase the thing.

    Dell Everlasting

I purchased my Dell Inspiron 1505 laptop in 2006 and here it is five years later still working and in great condition. The only problem I had was an issue with the cord (adapter) at the back. After three months it frayed and stopped working. To my surprise I called the Dell Service number and after explaining my situation they sent me a replacement at no cost to me.

It's awesome to purchase a product and have all the service and support to go along with it. I would buy another Dell laptop in a minute and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Actually my first laptop was a Dell. To be honest, I had no problems with it. It ran as it detailed and didn't cause me any major problems the whole time I owned it (that was, of course, before my dad cracked the screen). All the times I've called (questions I had about installing drivers on the Dell laptop I had), customer service has been great. The products Dell produces are consistently well-made and are at the top of my list for consideration whenever I want to purchase an item.

(And I've always wanted an Alienware laptop, and now that Dell owns them, it is a comfort because now I know a company that is responsive to its customers is in charge of another product I like.)

On March 6, 2011, I called tech support for a problem connecting with the internet. Almost no wait time to get a live rep!!! The CR was patient, helpful, and solved my problem and helped me understand how it might have happened. (I had conflicting firewalls)

A+ for Dell Support.

    Dell Tablet Disaster

I have a Dell tablet pc that I use for work. I am a teacher and it was provided by the school. The school has had terrible luck with these computers. My first dell crashed after only two weeks and had to be sent back. My second dell is very slow. The space bar does not work correctly and it often looses internet connection. It has been a very unreliable computer.

I purchased a dell insprion about 7 years ago. I did spec out the highest graphics and resolution available at the time so the machine was pretty sweet. The machine never had a single problem until it's last year of life. Then magically dell had a recall and within days they had practically refurbished my machine all at no cost to me (new display, new keyboard. I love dell!

For over 20 years I have been using Dell computers to great satisfaction. Always fast and easy to order online or by phone with excellent customer service. Dell products are highly efficient and innovative. I think my next purchase with be the All-in-one Touch Screen Desktop.

I used to be HP user for years. A couple of years ago I bought a dell laptop. I am extremely satisfied with its performance and durablity. We pretty much abuse this laptop and yet it works like a charm. I kick it around, my kids sit on it, my wife throws it at me....and this thing still works. Now I am a loyal dell customer for life:)

    Ordering a Dell laptop

My experience with Dell has been terrible! They refuse to let you actually speak to a supervisor, and tried to swindle me on the options. Their agents which is as far as you can get, have wasted 3 days of my important time. The next agent will say they're giving you a better price and that you still have all the same or better options, but in reality they dropped your extended warranty or something else. What would happen if you spent a $1000 and something went wrong, plus I was told that I'm not a preferred customer if I pay cash for it. Are they planning to sell my information or something, I am a Business Major and would say run away from a company that cannot be upfront with you.
