I loved this store as a kid. It has a great selection of materials for students, teachers, kids, and adults. They have some very nice products that can be used as gifts for Mother's Day.

I love going to the family christian bookstores. I have visited several locations and every time I step in the door I am greeted with a smiling face.I love the selections that are always available. I love the $5.00 sales too.There is always something for everyone. I wont shop at any other Christian bookstore. I am a customer for life!

    Some Great, Some Not

On my last visit to Christian Family Bookstore, I found what I wanted. I always do. But I always have a moment before I walk into the store where dread comes over me a little. I gear up for unattendtive service, slow service and checkout and the obligatory sales at the cashier about $5 items, the kids in Africa (ok, this is understandable), and the books in pre-bu. Just when your patience is at its breaking point you get syrupy sweet filler statements from the cashier. I would rather have someone ask if I need help on the floor with sincerity. If I don't then move on. If I do, then help, If I have chosen my selections, then ensure that you have done everything you can to speed up the line. I can read, don't try to waste my time at the register with fake words or some scripted sales speech.

    Great Selection Great Price

I find that Family Christian Book Store always seems to have just what I am looking for, even for a non-relgious event. I have found the perfect wedding, graduation and birthday presents and when I use the coupons they always have avaliable, you really can't beat the price.

It used to be my last resort, but now I don't waste time and I go there first.

    I LOVE this place

They serve a niche market - but they do it VERY well.

They have a great section for listening to new music.

Their book selection (on the Christian theme) is second to none - if they don't have it you can order it from their fast (and friendly) staff.

I have spent 1+ hours in their kids corner watching videos and playing with "safe" toys, on multiple occasions.

    Unique Items and Friendly Staff!

I was recently in search of a Spanish/English Bible in the NIV translation for my boyfriend who frequently visits South America. I had searched every bookstore I could find in the area when someone told me about Family Christian Book Store. I told them what I was looking for and in less than a minute had what I needed in my hand! The staff is very helpful and friendly and was able to find the very specific item I had been looking for. Thank you!

    Best Prices and the Best Reasons

Family Christian Book Store is by far the best Christian bookstore out there. The prices they have are affordable and low. They always have CDs on display for you to try out before you buy them. I love their clearance room and cannot resist buying something from inside every time I visit. The store has the best prices but also the best reasons. They are warm and inviting and stand for the right values in trying to give you exactly what you need to encourage and strengthen you.

It has a wide selection of gifts, singing tracks, bibles, books, and CD's for Christians. The employees and friendly and helpful, and it has an aura of peace and love. If you need specialty items for weddings, baptisms, dedications, etc., you can probably find it here. They have coupons and membership cards to help you save money.

We LOVE this store. I love to support the local Christian Bookstore rather than WalMart. And you can get some of the best deals on music, movies, and books. I always go for the music. I highly recommend this store and tell my friends about it. I only wish we had one closer to our house. God Bless.

    Review Of Family Christian Book Store Experiece

All of my visits to the Family Christian Book Store have been wonderful. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I get emails from them and get coupons to use. Also love the sale locations of the books.

If they do not have what you are looking for they seem to be able to get it, or they will contact another location to get the item for you.

The location I visit is located on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem, NC.

I would say do not change anything. Love to go into this store all the time. My only complaint is that I usually go on my lunch hour and get back about 30 minutes late. :-)

Eye opening book. Book of hope and inspiration of complete trust in God. Even if prayer isn't answered as we wish, it is answered as God plans.

    One-Stop Christmas Shop

I was so thrilled when I received my sales booklet in the mail a couple of weeks ago. The fantastic $5 deals were perfect for many of my Christmas gifts. The staggered sales and coupons fit in perfectly with my upcoming pay days and will help me "spread" the Christmas joy for several people over several weeks. The amazing bargains had me ready to go shopping right then - did I really have to wait until November 27th? And no one should be misled by the name - it is so much more than a "Book" store. The CDs, the novelties, the toys, the religious items, the jewelry, the table items and wall plaques - shopping at Family Christian is like shopping at many stores rolled into one. It is never a disappointing journey, just a new adventure waiting with every trip!

I have always found Family Christian Book Store to have a great selection of christian movies and music. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a huge selection of christian products to choose from.
