 Great customer service, but......
We are now on our FOURTH attempt at getting a mantel from this company! The first 3 arrived damaged, and it takes a month to get a new one made. We ordered on Jan 4, it's now April 7, and we're still waiting.
The company's customer service is great--responsive, pleasant and does what it can to make ammends. Quality control at the factory is terrible. The first mantel was cracked, and each of the next 2 were dented. The last 2 were definitely damaged before shipment, as the cartons were pristine.
So, 3 months later and we're waiting for the 3rd mantel to be picked up and sent back. We love the mantel, but this is definitely the last attempt!
