    Very Good shopping experience

I usually buy all my fishing gear at Turner's or Big 5 before but I started buying at Torrance Sport Chalet since two months ago. Your staff specially at the fishing section are very helpful and always take time to ask me if I need anything. Coming to this store is always a very nice experience. My only suggestion is have moren items available like other saltwater fishing gear available.

    Sport Chalet is the great!

Sport Chalet has always been one of my favorite sporting goods store to shop. Poor customer service has always been one of my major pet peeves when searching for items in-store; never once have I met an employee at Sport Chalet that has ever been rude, and in fact they've all been very helpful. Just recently I was looking to purchase a new road bike for the summer and couldn't find the exact Fuji Roubaix I was looking for. The gentleman at the Roseville, CA store was very helpful in assisting me in understanding more about what I would want in a bike and help me attain the bike I wanted. Thanks Sport Chalet!

I bought skis and boots at sport chalet. The best customer service I have ever received.

I CALLED THE STORE IN TORRANCE @ 3PM ON MONDAY 06-28-2010 LOOKING FOR A DEMARNI FASTPITCH BAT. I WAS PUT ON HOLD. EVERY TIME SOMEONE CAME TO THE LINE THEY ASK "WHAT DID I NEED" I WOULD TELL THEM AND BE PUT ON HOLD. I MUST HAVE SPOKEN TO 8 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE STORE. EVEN THE JANITOR!! IS THIS HOW SPORT CHALET TREAT CUSTOMERS..WOW. I FINALLY GOT A MANGER LEO WALKER HE WAS NOT NICE AND UNINFORMED AS A BAG OF HAIR. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY AT A STORE WOW I WILL BE LETTING ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW . YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD..

    Don't Bother Elsewhere

Sports Chalet is where I go to find the best selection of goods. You'll find cheaper prices at both Big 5 and Sports Authority, but their stuff is not near as good. So don't pay twice! Buy quality at Sports Chalet first and spend more time doing less time shopping.

    Decent

Its a normal sports store with employees that love sports and are friendly. While its not my first option I wouldn't be afraid to get some sports stuff from there. Not to knock to store by the way. Its just that I like other sports stores better.
