I shop regularly at Best Buy because they offer top notch customer service. I have been pleased with the overall level of expertise that their employees have with their products. They have always answered my questions thoroughly. I like the bundle deals that they offer too.

    Great when on sale

Everyday prices at Best Buy are not that great, but if you play the waiting game you can hit a grand slam. Be patient and watch the ads. I bought a top of the line Toshiba laptop bundled with a free Xbox and Netgear wireless Hd transmitter for $799. Employees are friendly but really won't give you an honest opinion and stick to the company line that "Everything is great." Not a big deal. No complaints.

Any workers at best buy are absolutely amazing! They are always there when you want them to help you with something or when you cant find something. They will even tell you about what they like and recommend for you to buy. Go to best buy for great workers and great deals

    Nobody around to help

I was in a Best Buy on Cyber Monday. There were not very many cars in the parking lot and I was looking at the Ipod Nano's and had a few questions I would have liked to ask an associate. I stood there and stood there looking around and not once did an employee ask if I needed any help or had any questions. I was very unsatisfied with the service that day, normally there are people all around wanting to help and with the few number of cars in the lot made the experience very disappointing. Needless to say I left. There should really be someone around just the ipod merchandise to answer questions or concerns of the customers especially during the holiday season.

Best Buy's stores have almost always had what I went there to purchase. They have great deals that, to me, are timely and economical.

    Computer camera

I wnet to Best Buy in Montgomeryville, PA to purchase a camera to attach to my laptop, so I could skype. We go into Best Buy about once a month. I knew nothing about the product, and the sales help was very helpful. Just because one camera was more expensive than the next, did not mean it was the best deal. The sales associate also helped me compare products. It was a very positive expereience. Thank you, Best Buy.

    Finding The Missing Part

Recently I had to go to a Best Buy for a cable for a movie projector. As one could imagine, not having a AV background, it's an inimidating task.

It was NOT daunting at all with the knowledgeable staff of Best Buy in Danbury, CT! It was a pleasant experience.

I had purchase a dishwasher from you back in April. After a few weeks it wasnt washing as good. I called about it ready for a fight about how you wanted to try to fix it first before returning it ect... To my surprise you returned the dishwasher for me and I picked out a new one of different style plus a price adjustment. This was by far the best service I have ever received by any company ever! I will continue to purchase all my appliances ect. from your store. Which I might add I purchased a laptop and desktop shortly after. Thank you for your outstanding service

I have been using Best Buy since I was young, and I can honestly say that it is the best electronics store out there. The prices are good, the service is quick, and the selection is awesome. I have purchased TVs, computers, video games, and video game consoles there. All of the things I have bought there have been top notch. If I ever have a problem, their customer service is great and they know what they're talking about. I trust Best Buy enough to always be able to go there and expect satisfaction.

I love Best Buy. Whether its to purchase a new amp for my guitar, a new keyboard for garageband, any of the various upgrades or accessories for my macbook pro, a lens for my canon rebel, a new iPod, or the latest Wii game, Best Buy is the place to get it. The Geek Squad is always there to help you with any computer glitches or even tips and tricks. All of the employees really know what they're talking about. Whatever the question, the guys at Best Buy know the answer. I personally go to Best Buy for all of my electronics needs.
