I truly miss the Circuit City stores. Fortunately, their online store is the next best thing to being there.

While I miss spending hours wandering around your store, discovering all of the latest gadgetry, while I wait for my new car speakers to be installed, I do rather enjoy when I receive your email stuffed with discounts on all kinds of goodies I can't wait to own.

I like going to Circuit City because of their low prices and cool products.

    Not a friendly visit.

On a recent trip to circuit city, I was greatly disappointed in the quality of service. Not only was the staff very uncaring, they had no concept of when they greatly inconvenienced their customers. I waited in a line of people to check out for 15 minutes, and when I was just about to get served, an employee pulls me to the side and tells me to move to a different line to relieve some of the congestion. Turns out, I end up waiting 5 more minutes in the new line, and the guy behind me gets served and leaves the store before I even get my purchase scanned! And the staff just looked bored and put out to have to waste their time helping me.

Not all Circuit City's are like this, but at least two that I've been to are. No wonder the company is failing...

I've only bought a few things from circuit city, but im proud to say they haven't let me down once! Great quality, nice staff, And nice prices all add up to happy customers, and im one of them!

    Cheaper way to buy

I was in need of a laptop for college, I searched everywhere, but I could not find a thing in my price range. I had about 500 to spend and everywhere I looked I couldn't find anything. I really wanted Intel's new i3 processor, but most i3 laptops run a little closer to 600. I looked on circuit city's site and found a great deal on a gateway that had everything I wanted. It was fast and easy. Saved me a lot of trouble.

    Great deal on netbook!

Today I purchased an ASUS netbook, which received very good reviews from multiple websites. I decided to purchase through CircuitCity.com because they had the best price available...the netbook was about $100 less than other sites including amazon.com. It is also being shipped for free! I am excited about the arrival of my new netbook and very happy with the wonderful deal I was able to find at CircuitCity! Thank you so much!

Well they went out of business and I miss them b/c that was my place to buy cd's from for the past 10 years. they will be missed

I have been able to find some good deals at CC. We bought a TV there last year and had good service finding what we needed and getting questions answered. We would buy from them again.

Circuit City was always one of the best electronic stores to shop in. In their final days they had amazing prices on their new DVDs and and I couldn't resist buying from them. I am sad that they had to go out of business because they always had the best selection of items to choose from. I will miss shopping at Circuit City.

    Like going to a Car Lot..

The 1st time I went into our local Open then Closed about the same year I felt Extremely Un-Easy as soon as I walked through the door,ppl -w- Wireless Headsets pretty much Run to you,I didn't even get the chance to look around yet & they ask can I help you,I don't know I just got here,I felt un-comfortable & left a few min's latter but had to return latter for a new Digital converter box,which I wish I could RETURN,it's a Zenith & every now & then it FREEZES up just when I'm all tucked in to bed and I have to go un-plug it & re-start it but 1st must make sure the tv's Vol is Very Low or Off or the LOUD White noise will hurt my ears & poor dog's,the one Plus is it only takes 1 AAA Batt & we use Re-chargeable's,if they could just make a Remote that's easier to find or harder to loose,that would be great...

    Lost it.

Since the bankruptcy this particular store has dropped dramatically. The website is awkward and the shipping costs are unusually high. Shipping speed bad as well. Not happy with this store at all anymore.

I ordered my Hitachi large screen TV from Circuit City 6 years ago and am still enjoying it. When the original delivery people couldn't get the TV into the basement, the company sent a specialist team a few days later, free of charge, to disassemble the TV, move it downstairs and reassemble it. The price of the TV was better at Circuit City than at any other place and the service was great.

best part of circuit city is transperency with respect to the charges . other sites they don't show any sales tax and during the pay there will be additional taxes . i liked this wiht curcuit city
