    Best of the BEST!!!! DELAFLOWERS!!!

I ordered flowers from delaflowers and I could not be happier!! I was nervous ordering 4 dozen roses for a birthday party but it was a much better deal than going to a local florist in my town. This was the best choice. My flowers arrived in these cool boxes and when I opened the boxes I almost cried, inside were perfect purple roses,each one about to bloom and they smelled amazing. I am so happy that I picked the best company. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!

This is a follow up of my phone conversation today May 7th,

The flowers I received this afternoon for Mothers Day are ATROCIOUS!!

I was home when FEDEX delivered.

The vase enclosed also is sub standard for tall flowers never mind for bruised, torn, dying flowers. There was not a card enclosed where it says card enclosed.

Well three strikes!! You got it all wrong.

When speaking to customer service to find out who sent the flowers and to let you know the condition of the flowers on arrival. The agent convinced me to let you resend although I was saying please no thank-you. Seeing as they would not arrive until Next Tuesday, well after Mothers Day. I have not informed the sender (my daughter) at this time,but I will let her know this evening. The packing was not suitable to sustain petals from ripping and bruising along with the fact that the half of the flowers are too old and the rest are just poor quality all assorted size heads, tough to survive the trip from MI to VT. When I receive flowers from competitors they arrive in flower tubes with water,moist towelettes to keep the leaves fresh and are secure in the box heavily packed to ensure freshness and reduce the chance of damage to stems and petals. The petals are not fully bloomed to allow for time to enjoyment and viewing !! !! Cellophane wrap is not enough to protect the tender leaves traveling by FEDEX, the vase was also loose in the box adding weight to shift into the poor dying and battered flowers.
