The Ease of Shoppping in Best Buy

When ever I have needed electrical equipment such as a new TV set or computer I usually will shop in Best Buy The Geek Squad is usually happy to help me out with any aquestions I have and are happy to show me where the merchandise is. Returns are easy at best buy and I have been collecting BestBuy Reward Points every time I make a purchase. If I have to make a refund it yakes only minutes. I am very happy having A best Buy close to where I live because they are always fair and reliable with any purchase,

    Best Buy is the Place to Go

I have been a Best Buy shopper for many years now, and I would have to say it is one of the best stores around. The prices are reasonable, and the exchange/return policies are very reasonable. If something I want is not in stock, delivery to store is usually very quick and I have my product in hand usually within 2-3 days, if not sooner! The only thing I would like to see improved is the number of knowledgeable employees on hand. The stores are usually very busy, and there have been a couple of times I have had to wait 20 minutes of an employee, and there has even been a couple of times that I have been in either the camera or computer department and someone comes over to offer assistance but they are not a part of the department so they can not help me. Otherwise I am very satisfied with all the Best Buys I have been to.

    Hit and miss

I was super impressed with this one young Asian man (Burbank store on a Saturday night).that helped answer our questions about tablets. While looking through the laptops (and ready to buy) we were completely ignored and one salesperson seemed to be trying to score with one young female shopper and wouldn't budge from their spot in front of one of the laptops I wanted to take a closer look at. He gave me a rude look of dismissal and didn't even move.

    Great Store, Competitive Prices

The stores are great and clean, the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help, and they have a large selection of electronics and music/movies.

Their prices are competitive to other big-box stores, but there are, almost always,better prices on eBay or Amazon.com, so I don't go there unless I need something that same day.

    Best Buy

I like Best Buy's because they always have the latest electronics, I'm a mom of 3 boys and there's always something new. My boys love to shop here it keeps them updated with the latest games. I enjoy their prices, and Best Buy have Price Match which is very convenient. I've purchased my laptops, and TV's, Appliances, and have not had any problems.

The first time I went into Best Buy I didnt like it because, they weren't enough sales reps and you had to wait until the rep was finished with their customers but that didnt take long. Then a month or two went by and the next time I went back there were quite few more reps that were hired and the turn around time was very short.

Thats why "Best Buy is the Best Store" I've been to in years. It is the only store that when you go in the sales representatives are very nice, welcoming and pleasant. The sales and discounts are wonderful. The ads they advertise are real they are no hidden cost or catch 22's. They are the only store that will buy back their own items that are replaced with new technology. ex: If you brought a t.v. from best buy last year and a new one comes out. "They buy it back and at a lower price. What other store will do that. "NONE"...

They have great items and great deals and they are for REAL !!!!

I recieved a samsung QX laptop for christmas. I love it! It's light and sylish. It has voice recognition which takes some getting used to. But the more you do it the better it is. I'm not sure if I'm fond of windows 7 yet, but that just takes some getting used to I suppose.

    I have always had a good shopping experience

I have shopped at a lot of other stores but have never received the customer service that I received while shopping at Best Buy!

When ever I enter the store someone always asks if you need help or directions to a certain item or product. If that person is unable to help me theirself they get on the radio and have someone who can help me meet at the area where the product I am looking for is located. To me that is good customer service.

I have been shopping at Best Buy since they opened their first store in my area. I love the welcoming and non pressure enviroment feeling I have when I shop at best Buy.

The thing I enjoy the most, is the honest answers and reviews of products I was looking to purchase. They have been a good source of information when I have had very difficult and sometimes expensive decisions to make.

    A YEAR WITH BEST BUY has changed our life! 4 Reals!

In one year I can't believe how much I have done with my rewards and Best Buy credit card! This place amazes me! From open box full size Shark Vac in perfect condition for $14.99, ($169.00 retail on sale at another store at the time) I found while walking around BEST BUY amazed at how many facets of life they cover there.. or a discounted flat iron my daughter had been begging for but was told it was just too much..till I saw it there like 1/2 off the retail price..all the way to my amazing 32" flat screen Mac that went on an awesome sale the day I grabbed it for $1400 at 8% interest after 12 mos. of NO INTEREST! See that was the day I signed up for my credit card. I gat a discount at Apple because my fiance works for the government and STILL Best Buy was cheaper! IT GETS BETTER...the worker went to get my comp in back while I stood at register and came out saying "Hey, someone just returned one after not even touching it or setting it up and nothing is wrong with it at all, just an open box. You want that one with the same deal but for $1000 instead?" DO I? WOAH!!!!! They checked it and everything to make sure it was perfection. I have thus far become a premier Silver rewards member, gotten TONs of gift certificates and rewards certificates. At Christmas I purchased a new Generation IPOD Touch for my daughter/ I was very intimidated by the price of this gift for a 15 year old who tends to destroy anything that costs money...LOL..but like her Olympus Pen camera I financed for her Birthday back in September I was offered an awesome price on a warranty plan that REALLY covered her camera no matter what! The Geek Squad plans are seriously impressive. I used to sell used cars and warranties so believe me I know about fine print & how to find b.s.(beg your pardon but no other way to put it) and their plan contains NO B.S. So when buying this Ipod they gave me a protective cover, charger, and anything she needed to keep it SAFE which was definitely the deciding factor. ON TOP OF THAT they threw in a $40 GIFT CARD! And with everything included it was STILL CHEAPER than anyplace I saw it! I also LOVE the outlet center where I found a really nice camera. A DSLR Olympus for my VERY PICKY, PHOTOGRAPHER, fiance who owns a $1200 camera that was giving him soooo many problems. I purchased it REAL CHEAP,so cheap I was embarrassed to tell him when he thought I spent over $1200 on it...ha ha ha. It came with 60 days just in case it bombed because refurbished items get a bad wrap, but it was beyond clean, gorgeous, brand new, and has been well over 3 months and is working like an absolute dream. It's an Olympus and comes with a TON of internal memory so you don't have to buy an expensive SD card if you don't want, and takes video, and has a TON of settings that do what he used to have to do in Photo Shop or with different lenses. He is SO impressed that the "other overpriced brand name camera that cost $1000 more" is getting dusty...hee hee. My daughter is a singer and is in NYSMA this year at school. She is starting to learn to write her own songs and play guitar now so we got her a book called Guitar For Dummies at half off there and it comes with DVD video instructions along with an explicit easy to understand book. She got a ridiculous deal on a Fender electric guitar with an amp and I got her microphone there also. I wound up getting ALL THAT at under $150! OH...I forgot the great effects pedal she got too. We are learning another language because Best Buy has programs that are not as expensive as that real famous name brand one that guarantees learning another language in 2 weeks but that work just as well and are set up pretty much the same. We are learning ITALIAN now and next is SPANISH. I wanted the name brand program for 2 years and could not afford it. I am amazed at how little it was. It is so exciting that since April 2010 We have done so much and spent a fraction of what that would all cost anywhere else. I am actually extremely ill and my family has been losing it's business as of late which we have had for 33 years. Family members other than me are battling Cancer too. I was a single mother for years until I met my fiance and am ALWAYS having a hard time with money. It is a scary world out there right now with the way the economy is and all these people either ill or searching for jobs of which there just are not enough of. A lot of us don't have health care. So a place like Best Buy where I feel like I am always able to find a ridiculous deal..(you know that rush you get when you saved a TON but still got something you really wanted that you NEVER thought you could afford??)..and I always have low easy payments with financing options that make it so much easier, (like when the computer is paid off it will be before interest begins to add in on that purchase, but her camera still has months before interest is even a concern and will be paid off 5 months after the computer but will also be paid before of shortly after interest begins!!!! AMAZING) At Christmas I also received a $30 gift certificate, and a $25 Gift Certificate for other purchases and lots of reward points as well as becoming a SIlver member which gets me $1 saved for every $1 spent at a TON of awesome stores I shop at anyway...like NETFLIX or Children's Place. I get music downloads and so many kewl extras. OMG I sound like a commercial for Best Buy...ha ha. My daughter makes fun of me because when ever I find something really rightous that serves the people in a positive way I run around preaching it and going on and on about it to everyone and she says I should be an infomercial actress...ha ha ha. Seriously last year I never thought we would have such nice cameras or such a great vaccume. I never thought I could afford a computer like my MAC. It is sick!I certainly never thought I could afford the camera I got my daughter or the IPOD or the Wii system...none of it. Now we are paying down and purchasing our first flat screen t.v.!!!! I am actually excited about my future with Best Buy, (dorky huh? But brutally honest!) I actually get off on saving money, having low payments, and knowing I am safe and covered saying "YES" to my kid. Even without the credit card it is the type of place you can save up and purchase things at RIDICULOUS cheap prices...things you usually cannot afford. With Best Buy there IS A WAY! Even their used or open box stuff, outlet stuff, and just regular deals daily on items are NUTS. Remember Crazy Eddies? IT'S INSANE!!!! I know this is long but it is because there are SO many reasons to LOVE Best Buy and be excited about it. We are going today with our gift certificates to buy new games for our first game system, the Wii (red!) and to trade in a bunch of DS games my daughter has outgrown, (teenager..WHATEVER!LOL)and we will probably walk out of there with $150 in free stuff between all the gift certificates, rewards, and trade ins. YAY! WE LOVE BEST BUY...IT ROX OUR SOX OFF!EVEN WHEN WE BROKE WE CAN GO HAVE SOME SHOPPING FUN! SO PLEASE PICK US. My card is maxed...ha ha ha(not true) but really we are having a hard time with my Cancer battle and my father's along with losing a 33 year old mom and pop local business we love. We have 100s of animals to feed and care for now and to place actually if we lose the property. We had a holistic/organic health food store for pets with an all animal feed supply, grooming, and kennel. We did massage, and nutritional healing and counseling for local people. We were overly giving and generous and took in a lot of rescues, and instead of throwing away just outdated food it went to people who fed local cats or people who had no money to feed their animals would come and pick it up. My mother's heart is huge and she will work herself to death to help and care for others. A Petco opened a block away and KILLED us. We just can't compete with their prices so we barely make enough to feed all the animals anymore and as I said it is a scary world. Being ill has given me a lot of perspective about living for this moment and in Best Buys own way they have helped me "afford" to do that. Although we don't want to admit it because we all want to say we don't need things or money to be truly happy and that statement is true in a lot of ways we also must admit that a lot of the things we like to do with our families, especially in Winter snowstorms and stuff have to do with playing music and watching movies, and things that just cost money! Yes we go for walks, yes we love to just snuggle and read, but damned if I am not happy when we play Wii together an crack up, or snuggleand watch a movie, or read an e-book on our new comp, or listen to my daughter play a newly learned guitar song, and stuff like that just as much as the free stuff. So THANK YOU BEST BUY for making my time stuck in bed or a rough, stressful time for my whole family, a time when we also had a lot of fun and were able to do lots of stuff to break the tension of life and laugh together more without worrying about drowning in debt from it!
