    Great Super-Site

I Love Love Love that i can get everything from this website! And when I say EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING and at the best prices. I can get make-up, medicine, prescriptions, contacts, hair care products, skin care products, and those extra special personal products (you know... the kind that vibrates!)!!! Although the site could stand to be a bit more organized, it's my guiltiest pleasure!

I've been buying from Drugstore.com for many years now. I have never had any errors or problems with my order, and it has always arrived in a reasonable time. Their selection is so great that I usually go to their site to buy one thing that I need that I know they have, and I end up finding three or four other things that I need or want, and add them to my order.

I have used this site on two occasions to order Pur Refrigerator filters. The price was much less than purchasing from the store where the refrigerator was purchased. I also researched for the best price and Drug Store. com beat the competition.

    Fast Shipping, Nice Product

I recently ordered a Sudoku Marble Board game from Drugstore.com as a present for my mom. I received it very quickly in the mail. It also came in very nice condition. I am very glad my mother liked the gift though, because they will charge you a 15% restocking fee. I wouldn't have been too thrilled with that.

    Convenient

This is my second time using Drugstore.com since I began using Tom's of Maine toothpaste. Not only was it the lowest price but they offered another deal on the product just because I purchased mutiple tubes. When I took time to search the site for other products, I was amazed at how low the cost was compared to other stores and products. I usually go to CVS or Walgreen's but now with other coupons I've found and with free shipping for items over a certain dollar amount, I will be using the site for other personal care items as well. I have also recommend others to visit the site because my friends always ask me where do I shop because they know I'm a bargain hunter and locator. Thanks for the website and your products. I really like Drugstore.com because they ofen have products you can't always find at the store at good prices and they ship fast. I wish they would lower the free shipping, but there are usually some good deals to make it worth your while to order $49 of 'stuff' and/or pick one of the items that ships free and get what else you need.

    Discontinued Favorite Lipgloss

I am about to submit my first order to drugstore.com/beauty.com, and so far so good (I have to wait until I receive the order). I have been searching for a discontinued lipgloss (Eiredale's 'in the pink' a breast cancer awareness ltd. edition gloss) and I called to see if it really is in and the sales rep said that even though the quantity hadn't been updated since beginning of year, there should be plenty (28) in stock...so we'll see!! If this whole order comes through, I will be STOKED!!

First -- you can find so many items -- household, personal care, pets, vitamins, GNC, and more on one website. Free shipping with nominal purchase, ebates rebates available. I love shopping at CVS, but the prices here are so much better. No sales tax. Great deal on Designer Whey protein powder! Love this site, I'll be back! And I plan to tell all of my friends and family. Need to check out if you have a Facebook and Twitter page! Social Media is the way to go!

Good website layout, but could have been easier to navigate and compare products. Easy to get coupons online. Some reviews are very helpful. Pictures sometimes dont show much, could have had larger pics with different view points. Should have a color choosing help/tutorial or closely skin color match images displayed.

I hate to shop. I'm too busy, like most people, and would rather spend my time doing something else. I love this website - they take great care of me and I get dollars back just for doing the shopping I would have done anyway. Shipping is always very prompt and I've never had a shipment that wasn't well packaged.

I love that I can go into the website, do a quick search, find my item (usually at a discount) and of course there's free shipping when I hit that magic number!

This website has some AMAZING deals! I spent $34 on 8 products after a savings of $39. I cannot believe what great deals they had, and their website is extremely easy to search and use. I checked their prices against both Walmart and Walgreens, and their prices were actually cheaper on all of the things I bought. I will definitely be shopping here more often!

    From everyday NEEDS to things I just WANT

I have recently been restricted to no driving and I have always made purchases for years with drugstore.com but now they are even more of a life saver. With the ability to get free shipping and many of the sales and coupon deals I now get all my household needs from drugstore.com. I have ordered my multivitamins which are cheaper than any retail store near me for many months now and I even found laundry items not available at ANY store around me (and I live in a major city!) The many laundry soap selections all make my bedding smell like lavender and I use the lemongrass or citrus for the dog beds.Not only have I never had a problem with Drugstore.com orders,they are packaged nicely and are delivered fast. It's nice to get the "cash back" when I order the next time which helps me justify getting things I want more than need off of their site or their sister site Beauty.com. I have always recommended this to friends, but now unable to do my normal shopping this has been a lifesaver for all my health to household needs.

Drugstore.com has a large selection of products. I have purchased a variety of things from herbal soap to personal lubricants, from cat litter to flea treatments, from cosmetics to toothpaste, from digital key chains to adult toys. Everything you want or need, you can find at Drugstore.com.

My orders have always been accurate and have been delivered on-time or earlier. And unlike other sites, they usually have everything in stock so your order ships in one package. Sometimes they include bonuses with your order, for example, when I ordered Frontline, I received a sample of pet shampoo and treats. And when I ordered Zum Bar soap and Burt's Bees products, I received a sample tube of Tom's of Maine toothpaste from their natural product store.

It's been great that I can get products at Drugstore.com that I would usually have to go across town to the health food store to buy. They have a great selection of natural products, so do check it out.

However, there are some problems with the site. It isn't easy to navigate throughout the site. Everything has subcategories and those categories have subcategories and so on. So you end up trying to spiral your way back to where you started. They also do not advertise their promotions very well. For example, if you go there to look at a particular product, it may be on sale or have a promotion attached to it, but you can't tell that on the product page. Their special offers should be more readily available to their customers.

Although the navigation could be better and the promotions easier to find, the store and products themselves are excellent. I highly recommend Drugstore.com and wish you the best of luck in your shopping.
