I think Best Buy is great because when ever you need help there is always somebody there to help you. Every time i need to find something they show me and if they dont have something, offer to order it for me.

I have been using Best Buy since I was young, and I can honestly say that it is the best electronics store out there. The prices are good, the service is quick, and the selection is awesome. I have purchased TVs, computers, video games, and video game consoles there. All of the things I have bought there have been top notch. If I ever have a problem, their customer service is great and they know what they're talking about. I trust Best Buy enough to always be able to go there and expect satisfaction.

I love Best Buy. Whether its to purchase a new amp for my guitar, a new keyboard for garageband, any of the various upgrades or accessories for my macbook pro, a lens for my canon rebel, a new iPod, or the latest Wii game, Best Buy is the place to get it. The Geek Squad is always there to help you with any computer glitches or even tips and tricks. All of the employees really know what they're talking about. Whatever the question, the guys at Best Buy know the answer. I personally go to Best Buy for all of my electronics needs.

I have been a Best Buy customer for almost a year. the service has been good. the store is always clean and orderly. The associates are very knowledgage.

I love best buy.I am a photographer, and bought my first camera there. They always have everything i need or want,and its usually in stock. Which is wonderful! The Employee's are always right there when you need them and very helpful. I will always shop at Best Buy as long as i get the results i have been getting!!

Pick up was a snap. No lines and someone was there to help us as soon as we arrived. We were in and out in no time. You can still feel like you are Christmas shopping by picking up your merchandise even though it was purchased in the convenience of your living room.

I like everything about best buy. You guys have great items and products. Except your prices are a bit to high, so i cant afford them but overall best buy is great

Best buy is leading in innovative technology. The customer service is very accepting and will happily help any customer out. My favorite part of BestBuy as a whole is their price match guarantee. It's comforting to know that they will match any price by any store.

Super easy and convenient. I was able to get the best price at Best Buy. Amazon was willing to meet the price but I ordered my wireless keyboard and mouse at Best Buy in case there was either a problem or want to return it. Shipping was free, only needed to pay local sales tax. I also comparison shopped using Bing.com/shopping and Best Buy still had the best price!!

Whenever I have purchased items at the best buy in Rosedale I have been very pleased. Staff knew or found every iten and gave reviews even suggestung other brands. They were knowledgeable and very customer service oriented, I give them a 4,5 out 5 rating

There is a reason why they are the big boys on the block - they do enough well that they're able to move a lot of product without upsetting the vast majority. You are likely to get the righ product at a middle of the road price and not have any issues if you need to return it.

I have purchased several products form best buy all the way from cds up to video editing software and even a laptop. Best buy always has good sales, and ordering on line is easy and quick. When I ordered my laptop from them it took just a few days for them to ship it to me. When I got the laptop it was in pristine condition with no problems.

when I walked int Best Buy I was greeted by a friendly staff that made me feel like I was their favorit customer.I have never seen such great customer service, and I probably will only see it at best bu for as long as I live!!

While I hate shopping in store, if you're going to shop online and choose in-store pickup, Best Buy is the premier store for you.

Their system is the best in terms of hassle-free, accurate and friendly pickup. Other retailers makes this simple transaction a nightmare. Even when there are lines, the pickup line is usually a breeze.

Others would do well to emulate Best Buy.

I was buying something at Best Buy over the summer and received great customer service from a gentleman at the service counter. I had to go back to the store the following day to use the coupon I had left at home and the young man remembered me and was very helpful in getting the items that I purchased as well as trying to solve the issue with the credit card application that I had applied for. He took extra time to call the credit card company to search for answers of why I was not approved for the small amount that was being requested as my credit rating is very high. There was a glitch in the system and the social security # was submitted 2x(my fault) which threw up red flags and resulted in a denial. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and overall patience with the situation at hand.
