I was very pleased to shop the Zappos site looking for my sister's Christmas present. She is very fussy and knows what she wants....Navy Quality Casual Shoes for Work...she said she can't find Navy shoes that she likes anywhere....Well ...I went on the Zappos site and ...I first searched for Navy and casual...and right away .I saw several pair that I just know she will love....and reasonably priced too !!!

I am a fourteen year old girl and I ordered the Spring Sunseri high heeled black boots.I have never ever found anything more cute and worth the price. My friends and I loved them so much and I get so many compliments on them its unbelievable. My boyfriend even told me that he liked them and that they were stylish. Coming from his they must be cute! Thankyou Zappos, the boots are worth every penny that I paid for them!

We have been long time Zappos fans. The no hassle returns are great and the selection of shoes are much better than anything I could find at local department or shoe stores. With the return policy we can order without fear of being stuck with shoes that don't fit well.

I have to tell you that the service is unbelievable and their products are always perfect! I have no problems TRUSTING this site because of their dedication to the customer. Thank you Zappos!

Love them!!!! Zappos always has the best selection of styles and colors. When I see them out in a store and they don't have my size, I immediately go to Zappos and they not only have my size but they have a variety of colors to choose from. The free shipping is always what seals the deal!

Zappos friendly customer service department is like no other. Not only are they helpful in every way they go above and beyond. I recently ordred running shoes that hurt so bad, i couldnt' run. I thought I was stuck with a $125 pair of shoes. Luckly after calling Zappos I recieved a new pair of shoes the next day. Sadly, they hurt. No questions asked Zappos sent me another pair the next day. Now, I'm running 3 miles a day in super comfy shoes ordered from the comfort of my home! THANKS!!!

I have been pleased with all my purchases. I love the free shipping. Join the VIP program and you get free express shipping--this offer is made many times, not just once. I also like that returns are on Zappos as well. My only criticism is that a couple of times, I've twice seen the same item on 6pm.com (Zappos's outlet) selling for much less. Same item, I checked. Other than that, I will shop at Zappos with the secure feeling that I will receive both quality merchandise and good customer service. Huge selection of items, too.

My experience with Zappos has been a breath of fresh air- convenient shipping and return policies with competitive prices.

Zappos return policy is the easiest I have ever used.

Due to my son's new school dress code, I had difficulty purchasing the approved shoes for the new school year. After (3) unsuccessful attempts to order the right pair of all white athletic shoe without hook an loop fasteners, I finally found the PERFECT shoe that he liked, I liked and the school approved.

Returning the shoes was almost like driving through UPS. I kept the receipts,and boxes, printed the labels, and dropped them off. I was in and out in less than (1) minute. The clerks were familiar with Zappos and were happy to wait on me.

I have recommended Zappos to many friends and family members. I have not heard any complaints from any of them.
