I shop at Best Buy all the time. From TVs to Blue Ray Players, to XBox games and accessories, etc. Their customer service is fantastic. They have given me refunds on purchases, when the price goes down (within a reasonable amount of time). They bent over backwards when an expensive LCD TV I bought there went on the fritz (they ended up replacing it with a bigger model), and they are always helpful and friendly.

I went in for a Wii Fit program for my husband. The sales person was very patient and helpful and the price was comparable to most other stores, with the exception of Sam's Club.He also took the time to suggest other Wii products for my teenage daughters. It was a good experience!

Purchased Bluray dvd online and had a smooth and fast transaction both online and for in store pickup.

Highly recommended and would definitely shop again.

I recently bought my first laptop from Best Buy and the salesmen there were very helpful. I'm not a computer person and don't know much about them so all the information they supplied me with was very useful. They walked me through things step by step and showed me what the best computer would be for me and what I wanted to do with it. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone else who wants decent information about what they want to buy.

I have been buying my mp3 players in best buy for the last 5 years. It is having the new models all the time with reasonable prices. And the best thing I like about best buy is the technical support they give to the customers. The employees are well trained to answer our technical questions about the products. I bought sony walkman w series mp3 player with a suggestion from one of the employee. It is a fantastic product with with great sound quality for a reasonable price.

I have bought so much stuff from Best Buy, and it's great to know you are going to get some of that back in rewards coupons. It's a great program for some good incentives.

Recenty my husband and I were searching for a flat screen television. We visted all the main stores that we usually buy large purchases from, but the sales people could not answer our questions. In fact one store that we visited, it took us 20 minutes to each find someone to ask questions on two products. Then each told us reasons why we shouldn't purchase either of the two televisions. We thought we gave up, but decided to test out Best Buy. We were amazed at the Customer Service we received upon entering the television department. Then, we were astounded by the level of knowledge the sales individual provided us. Needless to say, we purchased our Television at Best Buy. In fact, we were so impressed, that upon deciding we needed a new laptop and netbook for the family, we went straight back to Best Buy and made our purchases within 30 minutes. So convenient when you have 3 children anxious to get on their new computers.

The only con I find with Best Buy was that at times availability is low on certain products.

I shop Best Buy about once a week! We buy everything from appliances to video games to cd's at Best Buy. The thing I like the most is that they always have what I'm looking for, and if I can't find it myself, one of the sales associates is always close by and willing to help. I once had a young man spend about thirty minutes helping me decide on speakers for my son's car. He was very well-informed and courteous. I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone.

I have used the Geek squad service 3 seperate times. Although at times I felt they talked down to me they always ended up fixing the problem I had. One of those times they did loose all of the data on my harddrive and because I did not pay them to recover it before they did not. I think for the price they charge if they work on your computer they should automatically do there utmost to enusre you do not loose any data.

Overall there prices are steep I think they do good work.

The prices are what keeps me from referring friends though.

I think that the website is user friendly but I think that BestBuy can update the store availability function more frequently to accurately show the true count in the store.

I recently bought a cheap laptop for just light duty computer work such as email, surfing, word processing and excel work. The laptop that I bought has a tag price of $349 clearly labeled on the shelf. I was satisfied with the features for the price so I grabbed the box and went to the check out register. After the cashier rang my purchase, my bill was almost $500 so I asked why is it so? The cashier told me that the laptop that I have gotten has been optimized by Geek Squad to ensure peak performance. I told the cashier that I didn't ask it to be optimized because I could have done that myself. I went and complained to the manager, so he says, and he passed me to another supervisor of that department. The department supervisor said he can't do anything and I have to talk to a manager. I was passed around a few times and I told them that this is a scam because all the laptops that I checked on the shelves were already optimized and has a small Geek Squad sticker. It was eventually refunded to me after arguing and not leaving the store until it was resolved. Do not pay for optimization unless you really asked for it because it is a scam to make it seem like you have to pay for optimization because they already did it without your consent.

Best Buy It's a great place to shop.

I bought a videogame at Best Buy for a Christmas present for my godson. I ordered online, using the "pickup in store" option. Well, when I got to the store, instead of the Spongebob videogame I was expecting, they handing me a copy of the newest Barbie game--not exactly a nine-year-old boy's dream gift. When I pointed out the mistake the associate helping me was very apologetic, but informed me that unfortunately they were currently sold out of the Spongebob game. They offered to refund my money, but that would have left me with two days to find a present for my godson. It was until I suggested it that they called another store to see if they had one in stock. Once they found another copy they offered to have it shipped directly to my home for free, but, since the store was close by I simply picked it up--I didn't want to open the package and be hit with another surprise. In the end everything worked out fine. I even got a 20% off "courtesy coupon" in the mail a few weeks later. Great people and I love the prices and selection, but they need to have better organization between their store and website.

I know taht I can always count on Best Buy for high quality customer service, EVERY TIME!

Best buys customer service is remarkable and products are top line but very inexpensive. I have gone to best buy many times and have always found the most inexpensive product there. If something was 20$ at another place it was half the price here. I always recommend best buy to my friends, go there and you'll be satisfied!
