when it comes to best buy employees they all are different and have a variety of ways for helping their customers just the other day i was at best buy looking at a hard drive enclosure kit and when i went to ask a question the employee walked away kinda funny.

I love the Reward Zone program. I let my kids buy dvds with the rewards. Thanks Best Buy

Overall I would say that Best Buy is a good electronics store. Just about any electornic that you need you will be able to find it at the store. Also there is a huge variety of dvds, cds, and games for all of the technology. I once had to return an ipod there and was very pleased with the return service. Going to buy a laptop there once however I was very disappointed with the lack of service that I got. No one came up to me to ask if I needed any help as I walked around like a chicken without a head not knowing what I was looking for. The lines are never that bad due to the amount of workers they have on at each shift which helps if youre in a hurry. Overall I'm pleased with Best Buy and the service that they offer.

Everyone who buys electronics (and who doesn't) should have a Best Buy Reward Zone membership. Not only does it give you $5 back in rewards towards future purchases for every 500 pts, you can ear 25% bonus on certain purchases and reward points thru affiliates. I buy all my electronics because of this program at Best Buy. Even if you pay slightly more than say for example...Wal-Mart, you will get it back in rewards and service. Do you get basically money back when you purchase at other stores?

Best buy has an awesome customer service. The products are well arranged and the salespersons are extremely helpful

i think the prices on certin electronics are faboulous , however , they never seem to have that product available . It is also unfair that they do not carry it at the stores, but the website does have alot of details about products and allows you to do reaserch b4 you buy

I have always been very pleased with best buy every time I have been inside the store. There is always plenty of staff on hand so that customers are not waiting for someone to help them. Also, the staff are always very helpful in helping customers find what they need.

All my experiences with Best Buy have been good. In the past couple of years I've bought a 45" flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a laptop computer, and various smaller items with no glitches. The salespeople I've talked to have been helpful and not high pressure at all. The 18 month free financing is a great option. I love to shop online but also in person to help support jobs in my community and BB offers the best of both worlds. Prices are competitive and store is clean and attractive inside.

One criticism would be that recently I wanted to look at an iPOD Touch and the demo model on the shelf was not working and there were no salespeople in the vicinity I could ask about it. Also, the lighting at the front of the store is dim and sometimes it's hard to tell from the outside if the store is open or closed. These are minor faults overall.

When ever I go at the Rosemaire QC shoping mall, it's a must I need to at least pass buy to the Best Buy. I like asking questions to employees and looking if there are new products on sale.

The products are top notch. I have no complaints whatsoever. However, sometimes there are few associates around when I need help. I've seen this same issue at several stores.

Best Buy is great. I love how everything is easy to find and I also love that I can buy Apple products at the store. They have a great selection of Blu Ray movies and always have the most current technology around. Great Service too.

I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT VIDEO GAMES. WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ATTENTION I NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EVEN KNEW WHAT GAMES WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR MY YOUNG CHILD.

I liked best buy the people are very nice and have take there time and explain everything. My printer didnt work and they replaced it for free. The stuff is cheap compared to Wal-Mart and Target.

My wife and visited your Gulf Coast Town Center Location in Estero on "BLACK FRIDAY" and had a blast. The staff had everything organized and moved the people through the store in a timely fashion. We will be waiting in line again next year as well............HO HO HO

Best Buy is a very reliable store as well as online. Shipping is fast. The prices are very reasonable. Every one working there is very nice and never unhappy to help a costumer. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for electronics or even household items like vacuum cleaners. Best Buy rocks!!!!!

If you need a one stop retailer for all of your electronic needs (and wants), go to best buy. I have never left the store emptyhanded. The sales associates are super knowledgable and friendly too! I highly recommend bust buy!

I love best buy. A computer I wanted to buy was about $1000 in other stores, but only $799 in Best Buy. I buy all my electronics from here, and gifts. If I don't know what to get others, I just get them a gift card from Best Buy. It isn't just the price, however, that makes me want to come to Best Buy more often. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the store is also very organized.

I feel the sales personnel in every department that I have asked questions about a particular product or solution to choice of product have all been topnotch. This is an improvement from past years. Makes you want to come back to the same person for continued support or help.

We have not had a good dealings with Best Buy yet. The prices are higher than other stores and if you have a return or exchange then you are in real trouble. Shop online elsewhere. Customer service is worthless with this company.
